29th - 31st May: Acoustic Festival of Britain - postponed for 2020

Looking forward to returning to this great festival which takes place on Uttoxeter Racecourse . There is loads of space to camp, good facilities and an impressive line-up. What more could you ask?


25th - 28th June: Barnstaple Theatre Festival - postponed for 2020

This festival is fantastic value as you can buy a bulk ticket and see six shows for £18! 2020 marks my fourth visit. 

My shows take place at St Anne's Centre EX31 1SX:

Friday 4.30 pm, Saturday 7.05 pm, Sunday 4.15 pm. 


July 3rd - 5th: Folk in a Field Festival

This will be my first visit to a festival in Norfolk! It will also be the first time this festival has booked a poet. I am suitably honoured. 


July 17th - 19th: Stainsby Festival

I will be returning to this gem of a festival for the fifth time. It has been going for over fifty years and I have met people there who have never missed a year in their lives. Come along and find out why it attracts such loyalty.


12th November: Clevedon Community Centre

I will be supporting Fake Thackray for an evening of lyrical irreverence.

Following the sell-out success of the 2018 and 2019 Christmas shows Word Wizards Cabaret will be returning again in 2020. Guests tbc
